I am a licensed clinical social worke, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and NARM Master Practitioner and have been in private practice in Los Angeles for more than 20 years. After completing an undergraduate degree in Psychology at UCLA, I worked in human resources for 4 years and then made the decision to pursue a graduate degree in clinical social work. I graduated from UCLA's School of Social Welfare in 1995 and have been working in a private practice setting treating adult individuals and couples ever since.

I am currently the Assistant Training Director and Faculty for The NARM Training Institute. I teach NARM, a cutting-edge theoretical and clinical model for navigating the complexities of attachment, relational, and developmental trauma, to psychotherapists across the United States. I have been directly mentored by Dr. Laurence Heller, the creator of NARM and co-author of "Healing Developmental Trauma", since 2009.
In 2008 I completed a 3 year post-graduate program in Somatic Experiencing through the Foundation of Human Enrichment and became a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I was also a participant in The Betty Ford Center's Professional in Residence Program.
I have a strong commitment to professional growth through continuing education and draw from my knowledge of NARM, Somatic Experiencing, psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and the addiction disease model in my work with clients.
